This course is prepared for the students who taking English Structure 2

(01-071-203) at Rajamangala University of

Technology Isan, Nakhorn Ratchasima.

The course content and the exercises provided have

been selected, adapted and taken from various sources. In each unit,

various activities have been designed to develop and increase the students’ ability to

understand and apply their ability and knowledge in English structures into their daily lives.

Unit 1: Reviewing of Parts of speech, Subject-verb-object, Verb Patterns, Verbs followed by infinitive without to, to infinitive and gerund, Verb tense forms and voices, Use of Past simple with Past continuous, and Past perfect

Unit 2: Phrases, Clauses, Sentences and Phrase Trees

Unit 3: Questions Forms & Combination of a Sentence

Unit 4: Compound, Complex and Compound-complex Sentences

Unit 5: Reported Speech: Direct - Indirect Speech

Unit 6: Conditional Sentences (If-clauses)

Unit 7: Paragraph Structures
